The Preserve Scotts Addition
The Preserve at Scott's Addition is the joining of two buildings built decades apart, a true mix of historic architecture and modern design. The Found Building is the complete renovation of the historic Coca Cola Building. Great experience. Events being canceled and poor parking lot enforcement with vehicles that aren’t enforced, particularly the numbered spaces, are my 2 biggest issues. Other than that good experience with a good team

By far the best place I've lived in Richmond so far. I love my apartment, staff and maintenance are friendly and reliable, and I love the pool. You can't beat the location. Best spot in RVA let alone Scotts Addition for sure.
