The Preserve Scotts Addition
The Preserve at Scott's Addition is the joining of two buildings built decades apart, a true mix of historic architecture and modern design. The Found Building is the complete renovation of the historic Coca Cola Building. These top-of-the-line... apartments retain all of their historic charms while providing residents with access to today's modern comforts. The second half of The Preserve is The Made Building, the new construction section. These apartments all have unique floor plans, great views, and a contemporary tone and feel. No matter where you choose to make your home, you'll have full access to some of the best amenities in the city, a saltwater pool and outdoor patio space, rooftop deck, a listening lounge, fitness center, club room, business lounge, and social club with resident events.
Overall good place to live. I wish the staff was a little more respectful and less nonchalant as that can be really confusing to navigate especially for someone who is newly adjusting to apartment complex life.

Scott's Addition is stellar! The Preserve is situated in the perfect location with PLENTY to do and great food/drinks all around. Area and community are extremely pet friendly! Staff is second to none! I highly recommend making The Preserve home :)!

Love living here, never had an issue after 1.5 years. The pool is nice, the pizza oven is fun, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for dog owners.

Good clean complex, parking seems to a bit of an issue at times. Location is quiet, and has nice amenities, depending on the apartment style you have, you may have a different opinion, but the loft style apartments are definitely nice.
