Honestly I wish I could put 0 stars. I’ve lived here for over 2 years and quickly realized how overpriced symbol is for what you receive. Living here you get everything from your car broken into (security cameras that “don’t work”), elevators that don’t work, stolen packages, leaking windows, and mold. The management has absolutely no clue what goes on because they don’t communicate with their maintenance staff. There are plenty newer nicer apartments in Scott’s, save your money and live... elsewhere.

There were broken promises/agreements from the leasing office and management. It feels a little like working with a used car dealership when trying to agree on a lease.
Holes in apartment walls remain after three months of more broken promises from the maintenance side. They were never fixed when the unit was flipped.
Constant turnover in both leasing and maintenance is creating a lot of confusion and frustration among residents.
