Overall, the staff are very friendly and professional handle all of my situations with urgency and with care. With the community is very clean and neighbors are very friendly and I love the fact that my car is in a safe and secure place however I wish that there was more available first come first serve parking

I like the amenities, the community is friendly as well as the staff, and I like the deal we got on our unit for the space and layout. The area is okay, but there is a lot of noise outside, with the train as the biggest offender. There are a few door hinge-related issues, and dog barks also carry through the halls on occasion. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with this lease and hope it stays that way through the rest of our lease.

Parking lot is full at night, reserved space is half empty and costs $100 a month, and the elevator is out a lot. Nice space and modern, but if you're by the window you hear loud cars and people in parking lot. Random things will stop working or break out of nowhere.
