The staff are generally friendly and communication from the main office has improved significantly with the new PM. The complex itself is super clean, garbage area aside, and I have no complaints about the amenities or unit itself.
However, unless you pay Virginia Skywire extra money each month, the internet is almost unusable anywhere outside of the bedroom that contains the router. The router is fixed into the wall in a closet and cannot be moved. The walls are also rather thin -- we can... regularly hear both of our neighbors' music and "intimate" moments through the bedroom and living room walls.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Finishes, Peaceful Space, Lovely People

We moved in over the Christmas/New Years holidays and have been so happy here. The amenities are great, the finishes in the apartment are gorgeous, especially the sparkly quartz countertops, and the layout of our unit is perfect for us.
Cierra was warm and energetic from the start, and truly made us feel welcome. Her enthusiasm and positivity were a huge factor in our choosing The Nest to be our new home.
Highly recommended!

An amazing place to live, the office staff is awesome and helpful. The building and community areas are very nice and clean. The building has excellent security measures and a great package locker system. The maintenance staff are really knowledgeable and helpful.
