There's a lot of storage built into each unit so even a studio apartment doesn't feel too small. Rent is very cheap given the proximity to Downtown Richmond. The only complaint I have is that the windows don't open and the flooring is rather rough; nothing an air purifier and rug cannot fix. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the move-in experience. Leasing office was friendly and attentive.

I recently toured The Hub in Richmond, and it immediately stood out from several other communities I visited. From the moment I arrived, the property felt welcoming, clean, and well cared for. The leasing staff was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was how modern and thoughtfully designed the apartments were. The layouts felt open and functional, with plenty of natural light and finishes that gave the space a fresh, comfortable feel. I could easily picture myself living there. The amenities were another highlight. Everything looked new, well-maintained, and designed to create a true sense of community. The location is also a huge plus, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and other areas around Richmond. Overall, my tour left a very positive impression. The Hub feels like a place where residents can be comfortable and connected, and it's definitely one of the top communities I've seen during my apartment search.
