The James

I am looking to sublease my apt asap! I am trying to move before Feb 10th so you would need to pay 2nd half of monthly rent on the 15th. Base rent is 859, there is a package locker fee for $6, optional parking for $50 a month but I have a waiver for... this lease term so I’m assuming you would get that as well, water is usually around $45, and electric is around $75 depending on usage. The apartment is 2 bed/2 bath , you have your own private room and bath. Roommate is fun & sweet, a night owl and 420 friendly. Pets are allowed for a fee unless you have them as ESP! washer and dryer in unit & dishwasher. Great apartment & fully furnished!! Pm if interested. There is a one time sublet fee of $250 you would have to pay as well. No deposit required. Quiet neighbors & building
