Female only!! Close to campus!! Sublet Unit/Room for the Summer in Ramz Apartments on Broad

Looking for a clean and organized female roommate to sublease 1 room in a 2-bedroom unit in Ramz Apartments on Broad for the summer from early May to early August. You will have one (very kind) roommate living in the unit. Please refer to the... roommate agreement in the photos to make sure you are a good fit! There are two separate bedrooms, two sinks, one shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen and living area. The place comes furnished, the living room has couches and a table and the bedroom comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Each bedroom locks as well as the unit has an upgraded lock. Utilities are included (up to a $40 allowance). Washers and dryers are per 2 each per floor.

The place is very close to campus, many food spots such as bodillaz and five guys, and right outside the bus stop. It is a short walk to Kroger, Carytown, or downtown, and a few bus stops away from anywhere else you'd like to go.

If you are looking to renew your lease in the same building for the fall, I would suggest securing your unit with Ramz Apartments on Broad now, so that once you sublet from me, you can easily move your things to another unit within the same building. This sublet lease though does end on July 31st.
