Female only!! Close to campus!! Sublet Unit/Room for the Summer in Ramz Apartments on Broad

Looking for a clean and organized female roommate to sublease 1 room in a 2-bedroom unit in Ramz Apartments on Broad for the summer from mid-May to August. You will have one (very kind) roommate living in the unit. Please refer to the roommate... agreement in the photos to make sure you are a good fit! There are two separate bedrooms, two sinks, one shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen and living area. The place comes furnished, the living room has couches and a table and the bedroom comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Each bedroom locks as well as the unit has an upgraded lock. Utilities are included (up to a $40 allowance). Washers and dryers are 2 each per floor.

The place is very close to campus and the bus stop, many food spots such as Wingstop and Five Guys, and right outside. It is a short walk to Kroger, Carytown, or downtown, and a few bus stops away from anywhere else you'd like to go.

You may renew your lease for the Fall semester after August!
