Set on West Broad in vibrant Scott's Addition, Soda Flats nods to the historic soda bottling plants that once operated here. Its architecture blends modern design with industrial heritage—think large windows, clean brickwork, and classic warehouse... lines inspired by the neighborhood's iconic factories, now reimagined as lofts and breweries.
Management here has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. I dealt with nearly a month-long issue in my unit with little to no communication, and only after constant follow-ups was anything addressed.
Parking has been another major issue; despite being told twice I would have a spot in the building with deadlines; I’m still without one. The alternative offered is not even close to equivalent.
Between the lack of accountability, poor communication, and broken promises, this has easily been one of the worst property management experiences I’ve had. If you don't like trash piles outside the front door, zero luxury amenities, terrible build quality, and paper-thin walls I wouldn't recommend.

Your concerns are important to us, so rest assured we'll thoroughly investigate the problems outlined in your review including the unit issue, availability of parking spots and overall quality of amenities. In, fact, we have recently added new parking options, and regret that they were not a convenient solution for you. Our aim is to ensure all our residents can enjoy a pleasant living experience.
We understand your frustrating issues with trash management and noise; two aspects which we take very seriously in maintaining a harmonious community environment. We have made resident and vendor contacts to ensure improvement on overall building cleanliness, and uniform garbage collection.
