Rachel is absolutely amazing. I was in need of finding a great apartment in a short amount of time to start a new job. I was moving from a little over an hour away and she helped with every step, down to the last detail. I was probably one of her more difficult applicants with a new job and a quick relocation timeline. She worked with my budget, my needs, and went out of her way to keep me comfortable through the entire (very stressful for me) process. Even after my initial move in, she... continued to help navigate this new chapter with me. I could not be happier with her efficient, conscientious, and extremely caring approach. I am so grateful for her and for this home in this beautiful neighborhood and city. Thank you, thank you!

Rachel from the leasing & management team has been truly exceptional to work with. She’s been great since I first made the call to the leasing office, since then expertly finding out my apartment needs and providing me with in-depth tours of the apartments and amenities of this brand new, very well-situated luxury apartment complex. Her professional yet personal nature and depth of knowledge have made the tours, apartment selection, paperwork, and move-in a breeze and a truly pleasant experience... .
The apartment complex comes with:
* comfortable floor plans
* a close proximity to restaurants, parks, & the city (right across the river)
* luxury finishings both in the apartments, as well as throughout the amenities & other common areas
