Townhome rental-looking for two more roommates mates

This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhome is just at the edge of campus on S. Harrison St. a quick walk to all of campus. We have two second year roommates, heading into their third year, and are looking for two more. Each tenant will have their... own nicely sized bedroom and will either have a private or share a bath with one other person. There is loads of off street parking as well as a few dedicated spaces. The townhome was built in 2008 and has a nice full kitchen, large living and dining room and lots of natural light. We have furnishing the primary rooms and each tenant will furnish their own bedroom. It has dual HVAC (new) new carpet and fresh paint and new lighting and ceiling fans throughout. Also, brand new washer/dryer. There is a deck and some yard space.
Tenant responsibility is $900/month for rent plus shared utilities (electric, internet, water/sewer).
Lease runs 5/1/26-4/30/27.
Option to renew lease each year at same rate, NO RENT RAISES We are local owners, not owners of multiple homes and will be prompt in addressing repairs, etc.
