Looking for someone to take over my lease May 1- July 25, with the option to renew, in a 4 Bedroom- 4 Bath apartment. If you renew, your price will go down. It’s $789 a month... with a $5.00 Package Locker Fee. Parking is an Optional $50 and utilities run no more than $50 a month, usually only about $20-30 during the summer. All roommates are moving out, so i’m not sure who will be there during the summer. 6 minutes to Campus, Gated Entry and Exit, Swimming Pool, Gym, Clubhouse. Free Laundry in Apartment. Comes with a full sized bed, two dressers, and a desk and chair. Living Areas are also Furnished. There is also a free shuttle to and from campus, so a car is not necessary. Guest parking. I have lived here for 2 years with no problems, Graduating in December and will be finishing up online, so that’s why i’m moving. Nice and Safe environment. My roommates that are currently there do have cats.
