Apartment Description
Here at Eagle Mill Apartments we offer many different layouts ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms.
In addition to the convenience of VCU being so close by, the Kroger grocery store is less than a block away, as are many shops and... restaurants. Some of the unique details in these apartment homes include breakfast bars, dishwashers in all apartments, ceramic tile, as well as carpeted bedroom and hardwood flooring in living spaces. The Eagle Mill Towers and Lofts also have a washer/dryer in each apartment. For an additional monthly fee, there are parking options available, which include a parking garage ($75) or deck parking ($50).

Peace of mind is important to us at Eagle Mill, so all of our entries are controlled by a central access and surveillance system.
Cats and small caged animals are allowed in all apartments. Dogs are not allowed at Eagle Mill.
