The James

Hello, I am reletting (subletting) my one bedroom townhouse style apartment at The James in Richmond VA. Ammenities include:
- Gated student community with reserved parking
- Private balcony
- 5 minute drive to campus
- Private shuttle to VCU,... private study rooms
- Resort stlye pool
- New coffee bar with cafe machine
- New fitness center with brand new fitness equipment
- New redesigned clubhouse.

I will pay your first month's rent and all additional fees for taking it off my hands. There is a $250 gift card avalible for signing for the fall 2026 term as well.

I have not moved in yet so unfortunately I do not have detailed photos of the exact apartment but the unit will be avaliable on August 14th. Due to unforseen circumstances, I will no longer be relocating to the Richmond area and was looking for someone to take over my 12 month lease.
