Single-family house / 1BR (or 2BR) -- from December 2025

This is a small 2 BR house, in which we temporarily either rent 1BR (for yourself, no roommates), or the whole 2 BR unit (e.g. for 2 people with private BR each).

This year we only rent from Dec 14, 2025, while we are out of town.

1 BR: $1200 (if... the whole house is rented but only 1 BR used)
2 BR: $1500 (if both BRs used)

This is a quiet residential neighborhood but in walking distance to stores, grocery, bus lines, restaurants.

We expect tenants to be environmentally conscious, that is, re-use, recycle, compost, minimize resource consumption etc.
