The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and positive experience. They were responsive, helpful, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail throughout the process. The amenities are top class, modern, and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable and high-quality living environment.
The location is very central and convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, downtown, restaurants, bars, and museums,... making both daily errands and social activities highly accessible. Additionally, the application process was simple, efficient, and user-friendly, allowing for a seamless experience from start to finish. Love this building! Only issue is when things get broken in the public spaces, it seems to take quite a while for them to get fixed. But the property managers are very responsive and always holding fun community events!

Fantastic onboarding process, staff are communicative and responsive to issues as they arise. The maintenance technician I interfaced woth is a skilled and efficient worker, who solved my immediate concern within a half hour of reporting.
Not worth a demerit on the score, but worth mentioning is that the building is a new development, with many units having yet to be leased. This means some build issues such as bad door latch connections or stale water heater reservoirs may have to be... addressed in your specific cases.

Wonderful staff - that has been very receptive to any preday move-in issues, (addressed any & all immediately/or at the very minimum, had plans set in place to been seen/heard).
Overall this is an incredibly beautiful facility -with the endless amenities you would only wish for.
A large and welcoming bonus, was the neighbors! (These are boardline strangers at this point, as you've hardly had an opportunity to get to know everyone, but with no questions asked they're willing to help you... settle in by any means necessary.
Right off the start, I confidently feel like I've made a wonderful decision! As a young professional looking to start a new chapter of life- I truly look forward to creating many new memories as well as creating friendships through all the activities & events held weekly!
