As a former resident who has now gotten out, I have to agree with the previous reviews.
We paid a pest control fee every single month while living there, we saw bugs in our apartment, specifically spiders every single day as well. If you want to know how many times pest control came and treated our apartment in a 13 month span, the answer is zero!
I’ve had an encounter where the front office mistakenly put my money for rent on someone else’s account and had I not been so responsible to check... the portal to make sure my rent was actually paid, I would have never known.
Each and every time you go into the office, there were tons of other people waiting so you could never have a discreet conversation with office staff about your questions and or concerns. The lack of urgency was outrageous.
The good thing is the location, you have access to so many things there and that’s what I’d say I miss about living here.

The apartments are beautiful, however my experience has been far from. To start, I had no internet when I first moved in (I’m a single mother living alone with my son) and was told internet is not a necessity. In 2024?? Really? Anyways- it was because of a mistake by the property. Hope you never have to discuss an issue with Michaela because she gon get an attitude with you!
Next, there was an issue with my electric. Again, not at a fault of me. Now I have been sprung with extra fees on my... monthly bill, when I am not at fault for the issue at hand.
They handle things TERRIBLY.
Third, BUGS. The bugs are awful. I’m literally finding spiders, centipedes, and other little bugs everywhere in my apartment all day. What are we paying a monthly pest control fee for if it does nothing?
This whole apartment experience has stressed me out and if the fees weren’t so high to move out I would have broken my lease and left asap but unfortunately just have to tough it out. I would look elsewhere if trying to find a place.

Bugs galore 10 to 20 a day in the apartment. Management does not careit takes s month to get on the list control list because so many people are on it. There is a trash can by the nature preserve that has been over flowing with dog waste bags since I moved in two months ago. Looks like they ran out of money. There's a cap where a living room light fixture should be.

I scheduled an appointment with this property about two weeks prior to visiting on their website. I came from from the Midwest. When I arrived another woman also entered at the same time. The rep proceeds to say she has an appointment with the other woman and not me. I informed her that I booked on their website and proceeded to show her my confirmation email. She didn’t care to look at my email and simply disregarded that it wasn’t my fault that their system was faulty. Immediately felt... the negative vibes and no care for the problem that I did not cause. This customer service was terrible so I left without viewing the property. It’s an absolute NO for me based on how they treat people.

I moved into Boulders Lakeview apartments about 4 months ago now. It looks very nice on the outside, with great landscaping and a nice façade. The inside and upkeep are garnering this review. These are brand new apartments and since I moved in there have been multiple issues. The soundproofing is not great, as myself and some of my other neighbors I have asked can all hear each other. I have not been able to rest easy since move-in. You can tell that the units were just thrown together as... multiple pieces of the floating floor around the edges have started to peel and separate. A piece inside of my fridge was broken upon move-in and the washers in multiple units do not function correctly. We also pay $3 a month for pest control, but the buildings and hallways are full of bugs. I know that can only be controlled so much with how the buildings are made, but it doesn't seem like there are any housekeeping measures taken. The gym has never been cleaned/restocked with wipes and the common area bathrooms are full of cobwebs.
What I will say, is you do get more space for the price compared to other apartment buildings I toured... But you get what you pay for. The pool area has also been clean and taken care of thus far.
