Must be responsible, neat and clean in the common spaces like the kitchen and living room. No shoes worn... inside the house means less cleaning of floors. Must be willing to take turns vacuuming floors in common spaces. No kitchen wares are necessary to bring. An extra living room sofa or chair is welcome. Must provide own bedroom furniture needs.

Must be able to sign a one year lease (per property management) to reside here.
