Two VCU students, a senior and a second year grad, are looking for another female student to share a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom townhouse on W. Cary Street. Living room is furnished, and kitchen has a small table and two chairs. All kitchenwares are... provided and available to share. Back patio has a bistro table and two chairs.

Must be able to sign a one year lease (per property management) to reside here. Lease is from July 21, 2026 to July 20, 2027. May be able to move in earlier--please let us know what date works best.
