Townhome rental-looking for one more roommate

This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhome is just at the edge of campus on S. Harrison St. a quick walk to all of campus. We have three first year roommates and are looking for a fourth. Each tenant will have their own nicely sized bedroom and... will either have a private or share a bath with one other person. There is loads of off street parking as well as a few dedicated spaces. The townhome was built in 2008 and has a nice full kitchen, large living and dining room and lots of natural light. We are furnishing the primary rooms and each tenant will furnish their own bedroom. It has dual HVAC (new) new carpet and fresh paint and new lighting and ceiling fans throughout. Also, brand new washer/dryer. There is a deck and some yard space.
Tenant responsibility is $900/month for rent and shared utilities (electric, internet, water/sewer).
Lease runs 5/1/25-4/30/26.
Option to renew lease each year at same rate, no rent rises. We are local owners, not owners o multiple homes and will be prompt in addressing repairs, etc.
