The Square

Spacious 3 bed 3 bath apartment at the Square. 2 rooms will be available June 1, 2026, with the last room being available August 1, 2026. Base rent starts at 2261$ for first two months, and increases to 2321$ afterwards. Water, sewage, pest control,... internet, cable are all added onto the rent by the Square, adding around 150$ a month. Electricity is paid separately through Dominion. No security deposit required. Pets are allowed and parking is available at the Square. There is a community rooftop area, a clubhouse, a fitness room, and a secure mail room.
