In this... apartment there is 3 private bedrooms with private bathrooms.
(Your unit) is the master bedroom with full bathroom tub and shower with spacious closet. (The windows in the picture are big and spaced apart in real unit)

My change of plans for college means I won’t need to live here in Richmond so am hoping that someone can take over my newly signed lease term for 2026-2027, 12 month term. Just let me know what your move in month is. The James apartments does move ins every month on the 1st and the 15th.

-You will get the same price on my lease the apartment reletting bypasses original 3 bedroom 3 bathroom piecing listed when you apply.
Shared areas are balcony, kitchen, living room and laundry room.

-pets allowed there’s a 250 starting fee. After it is 50$ a month.

-to qualify must have fair-to good credit
-savings or income that meets rent payments.

-two other roommates will be just moving in.
