So far so good the team has been great. I don’t have any complaints. I love the historic feel of the place. Just wish they had better trash pick up.

Location and price is great! Amenities and communication with residents, not so much. I’ve had an issue for over a month now and whenever I bring it up- I get a new person on the other end of the line who doesn’t know what’s going on. Office staff should have better communication with the maintenance staff. I would love to renew my lease, but with constant problems and lack of urgency and/or resources to fix them have me second guessing.

A while ago, residents were told their old appliances would be replaced. Only my fridge was replaced, my dishwasher and stove have yet to be replaced. Additionally, we were all promised new windows being installed, that also has yet to happen.
Property Manager Responded: Hello, Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any confusion regarding the appliance and window replacement updates. As we are new to the office, we are still working through prior records and ongoing projects. At this time, I have not received any information confirming additional appliance replacements for your unit beyond the refrigerator that was previously installed. Regarding the windows, we understand there were discussions about replacements, and we are currently reviewing the status of those projects to determine where things stand. We appreciate your patience as we gather more information, and we will provide an update once we have additional details available. Thank you.

Overall it’s been a good place to live. The building is older and historic, so there are some quirks that come with that, but it also gives the property a lot of character. Occasionally the heat will blow air instead of warmth and the breakers can trip when using space heaters, but those things seem pretty typical for an older building. The area is quiet and the location is convenient, and it has been a comfortable place to live.
Property Manager Responded: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, convenient location, and the character that comes with the building’s historic charm. Properties with history certainly have unique qualities, and we’re happy to know it has been a comfortable place for you to live. We also appreciate you mentioning the heating and electrical concerns. If you ever experience issues with heat or breakers, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team so maintenance can take a look and assist. Thank you again for being part of our community.
