Overall it’s been a good place to live. The building is older and historic, so there are some quirks that come with that, but it also gives the property a lot of character. Occasionally the heat will blow air instead of warmth and the breakers can trip when using space heaters, but those things seem pretty typical for an older building. The area is quiet and the location is convenient, and it has been a comfortable place to live.

Admin staff is great. They are quick, understanding and very reachable during tour, early questions, and move in. Location is perfect mix of everything and greatly accessible to outside things. Overall it’s a smooth experience.

Its nice ppl are respectful problems were takeing care of asap i love the old feel with mordren features everything worked when we moved in we were checked on by the office just to see how was our move

had an issue with heating and they had someone out here within 30 minutes, and they were very friendly and kind. i adore living here and am looking forwards to this year!

The management staff are not great to work with...the maintenance is sub par. You have to place multiple requests to get something done and sometimes takes months. They are not professional and not even the corporate office. I've had to take them to court and then they want to retaliate for the lack of upkeep. Someone should not have a rat problem go 6 months, a roach problem, water leaks and mold.....the state needs to step in and investigate all the apartments, the quality of the living... areas, review pictures and issues that residents are living with.
