Sunny Room in Westover Hills Area

The room is furnished with a twin size day bed and a mid century dresser.
Room has south facing windows and gets really great natural sunlight. Rent includes utilities and Internet.

The house is located in the Forest Hill/Westover Hill area right...
over the Boulevard Bridge (Nickel Bridge) and walking distance to O'Tools, The Veil Brewing Co. and Westover Hills Library.

It's a cool cape style home with three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The back yard has a garden and patio. On the street parking is always available right in front of the house. We are looking for a a roommate who is a non smoker, pet friendly (I have 45 pound dog) and very clean especially in common spaces i.e kitchen, bathroom and living room.

No preference on gender and LGBTQ friendly. Great spot if you're looking for a clean house, chill roommates and a quiet space to relax in after a long day in classes or from work.

The house has a washing machine but doesn't have a dryer (I hang my clothes on a drying rack) however there is a coin laundry mat right up the street for washing/drying clothes.
