My apartment was disgusting on “move in” day. They didn’t have a lease ready for me, but took my money ahead of time already (deposit, admin fees, pet fees, etc), and still never got the deposit back. There were roaches in the apartment, roach poop in the cabinets, and the whole apartment generally smelled like urine. There was about an inch of dust on all the light fixtures and on the blinds. Maintenance came into the apartment to replace a ceiling fan without notifying me. My key fob didn’t work, and I was locked out of my apartment and the building on the day I was supposed to move in. The rooftop was a mess, and there’s hardly any parking.

Many issues within 2 months of moving in. Issues ranging from moving into dirty apartment (after addressing before move-in), toilet leaks, roof leaks, fridge that was not cooling causing food to grow mold, A/C not working with 80 degree temps (with dog in apartment), and unprofessional manner of maintenance staff. Resolutions to issues were dragged out and inadequate. Valet trash service picks and chooses when they want to take your trash. Thin walls run throughout the apartments, allowing conversations, all dogs and hallway noise to to be heard. Hallways and stairways could be much cleaner. Parking lot spaces are extremely tight.

Through our many communications these past couple of months we have tried to address your concerns fairly and provide compensation that we feel was fair and in line with how we do business. Despite our request in regards to what you were looking for or what would make things right, we did not get any feedback from you. We were and continue to be open to your feedback and expectations.
