Room in a furnished house close to campus

Hello! My name is Gracie and I will be moving out for the Spring 2025 semester due to an internship in another city. I live in a home with two other roomies and am looking to rent my room ($600/month rent, utilities not included.) The home is a 3 bed... 1 bath. The kitchen includes all appliances (dish washer, large fridge, microwave, etc) and is a decently large-sized kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. House includes big fenced-in backyard, furnished living room/ kitchen, and front porch with street parking. The actual bedroom you would be renting includes one window and is located right next to the bathroom. The bedroom will not be furnished because I will be taking my bed and dresser. The current lease ends at the end of June 2025, but I will not be moving back in, so you are free to sign the lease again for the 2025-2026 year! If you are interested, we will add you to the lease and I will be removed, so you can pay rent directly through the rent portal. I will send you the link to apply through The Wilson Group, our property manager company where you will submit an application to be approved. The application fee is $60, and the fee for adding to the lease is $195. These fees are one-time and will not reoccur. Rent will start January 1st and you will get a code for the lockbox.
