Hi! I’m preferably looking for a female roommate (ideally 25–40 years old) to share my cozy and quiet 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in Richmond. The space includes a private... backyard patio, access to a beautiful pool with a patio that stays open until November.

Fully furnished home (except for your bedroom)
Your room is private and unfurnished — the desk in the photo will be moved
Shared spaces: Kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and outdoor areas
No space for additional furniture outside your bedroom
Unfortunately, no pets — I’m allergic 😔
(Temporary pet-sitting is okay for a short period, though!)
Shoe-free home
Water and gas included - $25 for wifi and $30-50 for electricity (each/monthly)
