Room for Rent in 2BR Condo —

I’m looking for a female roommate (ideally 25–40 years old) to share my cozy and quaint 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in the Museum district/colonial place neighborhood (super safe spot). There's a patio in the back and a... super beautiful neighborhood pool, especially if you're into plants. It would be awesome to find someone who is clean, quiet, respectful, and wants to hangout and could become a great friend.

Fully furnished home (except for your bedroom- the room with the desk which would be moved to my room)
Unfortunately, no pets — I’m allergic :( aside from short visits if your friends / family was visiting with their pet

I’m 28, a grad student at VCU and work part-time. I usually sleep around 10:30-6:30 during the week and a bit later on the weekends. I love being outdoors — into hiking, yoga, photography, music, traveling, snowboarding, time with friends, trying new food, up for whatever else. I'm vegetarian. I recently moved back to Richmond and am looking to build a strong community here!
