I love the location of One Canal and how cute the apartments are. Having a pool and parking downtown makes it even better!

No Complaints!

This building is new and well-kept, with frequent maintenance in the common/pool area. The apartments have nice, high ceilings with new appliances--I had some problems with a sink at move in and it was fixed within 24 hours. Its a great, reliable building and a good value for comparable places in Richmond. Reserved parking is a huge plus!

Great experience

Building is in excellent condition, building manager is very friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and recycling is difficult with the dumpster being on the 1st floor and infrequently emptied. Gym is barren, and pool is underwhelming, but otherwise experience has been excellent. Facilities are nice and appliances are great.
