From start to finish the staff goes beyond your expectations to help you find your home at Model Tobacco Lofts. They remember you and truly hear all of your wants and needs. This staff worked with me through so many complications until we finally signed the lease! The office atmosphere is well set with calm tunes as you walk in/wait. The creativity that went into transforming this place into beautiful lofts is OUTSTANDING! The amenities are great and fun! So far so good!! 10/10 recommended!

Cute unit, terrible living
Aggressive dogs on site, not nearly enough parking for residents- you will get towed, they will not credit you. Residents scream and fight in the hallways, police are constantly called. Fire department has a hard time entering the premises when needed. They will charge you random, excessive fees and claim there is no way to credit or look into the legitimacy of the charges. Awful complex, terrible management and cute units.

Amazing New Property
This build is new, within a year. Everything is brand new but regardless of that, there is 24hr maintenance on site, which I haven't had to use so not sure about that. There is really great security as well, use your phone to access all areas, so no one goes in or out or through doors without there being a record, that feels pretty good. The management is fantastic on customer service, friendliness, responsiveness to requests and helpfulness. Definitely recommend living here.
