Hey Everyone! My names Anthony, my roommate Kathrine and I are looking for some people to fill the vacancies left by our other roommates graduating. We’ve got three open rooms.

About us:
We don’t have much in the way of house rules, we’re very laid... back about just about everything. Just keep the shared spaces clean and we’ll all be happy.
I’m a junior mechanical engineering major and a mechanic for work. Kathrine is a communications major. We’re both pretty chill, I spend most of my time doing my math homework or working on my car. Kathrine loves to read and will throw a halloween party every year, so just be prepared for that
We’re looking for VCU students, grad or undergrad. We have no gender preference and are LGBTQ friendly. Just shoot me a DM, we can chat and you can come by and I’ll show you the house.

About the house:
-2-story Jackson Ward row house -- 5 minute walk to Monroe Park Campus.
-5 Bedrooms; $3,475/month; or $695/room. utilities not included, and generally run around 80$ per person for internet, water, and electric together.
- The lease is for 1 year and starts AUGUST 1, 2025;
- No pets and no smoking.
-Includes kitchen, living rooms both upstairs and downstairs, 2 full bathrooms, washer + dryer, dishwasher, front porch, and fenced rear patio.
-The landlord plans to do a refresh of the kitchen this summer to allow more counter and cabinet space, a rendering of what that should look like is in the photos
