The management company here does not have the manpower, or desire to help residents with issues. the building is collapsing, they only repair things that make it APPEAR good. They must underpay maintenance people, and keep them understaffed. you legitimately can't get ahold of a single person even if you have a major issue. I am not exaggerating when I say this:
contact them 9-11 you have a 25% chance to reach them... 11-1 0% chance.. 1-4 40% chance.. I really don't understand how it is legal, the way they neglect residents. Not to mention this particular apartment, uses a code, and the code is known by locals who live on the streets and vandalize the common area, steal mail, and urinate in the back hallways, with zero consequence.

Dirty, unsafe, poor management. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Paper thin walls, front and rear entrances usually left unlocked and broken into and packages left out in the open to be stolen. Two cars in the past 5 months have been broken into the parking garage below the residences. Homeless man smoking and sleeping on a bed below the stairwell for over a month now stinking up half the building. Floors in the building rarely get cleaned. Funky smell throughout the entire building.
I wish I could provide pictures to show some of these cases. It’s unbelievable how neglected this building is. Avoid living here and renting through this company.

We do our utmost to resolve all resident concerns, but as you know residents are not permitted to park in the garage as it is not apart of our community.
