Paper thin walls, front and rear entrances usually left unlocked and broken into and packages left out in the open to be stolen. Two cars in the past 5 months have been broken into the parking garage below the residences. Homeless man smoking and sleeping on a bed below the stairwell for over a month now stinking up half the building. Floors in the building rarely get cleaned. Funky smell throughout the entire building.
I wish I could provide pictures to show some of these cases. It’s... unbelievable how neglected this building is. Avoid living here and renting through this company.

We do our utmost to resolve all resident concerns, but as you know residents are not permitted to park in the garage as it is not apart of our community....
