2-bed/ 2 bath unit 10 mins from VCU. The apartment is pet-friendly, and currently occupies a small Yorkie; a pet fee is required unless registered as an emotional support animal. Will need to run a credit check and requires a 300 dollar security... deposit plus an application fee. Utilities are not included and come up to around 150 a month. There is garage parking, which is $100 a month, or street and parking lot parking which is free.
Laundry in the unit. The bedroom that will be unoccupied is on the upstairs floor of the unit and has its own bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Only looking to rent to 1 person to take over my half of the lease. The living room and kitchen will be shared with my roommate and her dog.
