Big Room in the Country, Close to the City
We have a classic big farmhouse with a large front porch, side screened in porch, and back deck. The back yard is one acre, partly wooded. The house is large and well appointed; room rental includes use of chef's kitchen, laundry, porches and study.... We have a gentle, quiet dog who loves people. We are both professionals who are quiet and early to bed. We prefer someone who is LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ+ friendly.
We are in Varina, a part of Henrico County. Right off of Route 5, which goes into town along the river. And a block away from entrances to the Capital Trail -- a biking, running, walking trail that runs from the city center to Jamestown. We may even have a spare bike to use! There is great wildlife here, from birds to rabbits to deer. An oasis just outside the city.
