Looking for a female roommate to take the available bedroom (sublet) as soon as possible. Only one bedroom available! Preference for VCU students/grad students or someone in that age demographic. The Broad Street Lofts is located adjacent to Virginia Commonwealth University’s Monroe Park Campus, and one block from the Institute of Contemporary Art. Tenants have convenient access to the VCU Monroe Park Campus as well as to the busy commercial area along this stretch of W Broad Street featuring many shops, restaurants, and markets. Efficient public transportation is also available on GRTC’s Pulse Bus Rapid Transit system.
