This is a 1-bedroom apartment on the top (6th) floor of the 8 1/2 Canal apartment building.
It comes furnished with a couch, a work desk, a dining table, a coffee table, 2 side tables, 2 pairs of rollable drawers, 2 sturdy chairs, 1 cushioned... rocking chair, and a main shelf. It also has an open plan closet in the bedroom.
I am currently living here and am reletting this apartment for this next year's lease (August 1st, 2025 - July 31st, 2026). I apologize if my pictures are cluttered, I couldn't find any normal corporate photos of the space. Something important to mention is that not everything you see that looks like it came with the apartment actually did, aside from the furnishings I already mentioned. Everything that did not come furnished: mirror in the main space, coat hanger in the entrance hallway, clothes shelf in the bedroom, suction cup platforms in the bathroom, and of course all the wall decor.
