Hello!

* Just to clarify, the price at 8 1/2 is normally $904, but my roommate who is leaving is willing to compensate $100-150 in rent per month for the spring semester. feel free to ask any further details about this! :) *

My roommates and I are... looking for a new roommate (female ONLY) to take over for a spring sublet this Spring 2025! This room is a deluxe room that is on the 6th floor (with an amazing view) and in a unit of 3 other bedrooms (total of 4 bedrooms in the unit). Each of the bedrooms has a bathroom, and the deluxe room has 2 windows and a little more space!

8 1/2 Apartments are associated with American Campus Communities and is a 15-20 minute walk to Monroe Campus and about a 2 minute walk to the Business Building!

What 8 1/2 offers:
- offers a gym that includes weight room, yoga room, and mini basketball court!
- They also have vending machines next to the gym that I always go get a late night snack at lol...
- has study rooms and student center with computers and a printer on the first floor!
- offers protection of packages: During the 8 1/2 hours, the front staff scans in your packages and will send notifications to your email and phone when it arrives to pick up so packages don't get stolen or tampered with!
- has two elevators going from the P2 garage (lowest floor) to the 6th floor (highest floor).
- provides a portal where you can request for maintenance in the building to come assist with any issues!
- parking garage ($100 monthly) and free street parking

My roommates and I usually stay busy with classes during the week, and on the weekends we either stay in, go out, or leave for the weekend - all just depends on what is going on! We also sometimes throw small pregames or just have friends over on the weekends here and there. We also all try to do chores evenly between the 4 of us so our apartment stays clean and organized.

* We also basically have everything you would need in a kitchen, so if you are worried about that, we have it covered! *
