Built in 1904, the home is tastefully decorated and graced with an array of southern charm. Typical of the homes in the Fan, it has a front and back parlor serving respectively as the living and dining rooms thoroughly furnished with antiques, artwork, and oriental rugs.

The sunny, art-enhanced kitchen is well-equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking.

The sunroom’s Palladium windows allow the sun and the beauty of the boxwood-filled garden to come inside, creating a feeling of calm after a day’s work. It’s everyone favorite room in the house (not a “man’s cave” but cozy.)
