Build in constant repair
7/31/25
Elevator service has been disrupted close to 10 times in the last 6 months. Most recently it went out Sunday, and they won’t even have the replacement part until Friday before they can start troubleshooting issues again. Read the google reviews for more including homeless people sleeping in the hallways, unsecured garage due to a broken door, and more.

Upon my first impression of Circ I had the pleasure of meeting Emmet! He had made the experience very easy from touring to signing the lease and always there to help. He is by far the most best management I have seen.

We are throughly pleased with our choice - the on-site staff is truly terrific, the other residents are friendly, and the location is unbeatable. We walk everywhere, and we're exploring new restaurants and coffee shops every week. Even our dog loves it!
Our apartment, itself, is perfect for the two of us: spacious and well-lit, with a large balcony that we use every day. It's a comfortable space that we're happy to come home to, and in the end, that's really what we wanted from our new space.
