Can you select zero stars? It is a shame that this review is going to be so bad. Pierce Arrow has beautiful buildings in a wonderful location, but the service provided is among the worst you can imagine. First, the agreed upon move in date was not honored. Two days before I was supposed to move in, I contacted the rental office to confirm the date, and was told I actually couldn't move in until 2 days after the agreed upon date. On the day I moved in, the representative from the rental office pointed out several things that needed to be fixed and assured me someone would be over the same day to fix them. These things included a fire alarm that didn't work, a broken window blind, a bath tub that drained extremely slowly, and a slight issue with the front door frame. After a month, these things were not fixed. I began calling weekly to check on when the repairs would happen with no luck. Then daily. It was not until my air conditioner broke that anyone actually showed up to fix anything. I waited over a month for these issues to be addressed. Recently, I put in a work order on May 28. Today is July 6. That is 39 days. During the course of waiting for this to get fixed, I have called the rental office at least 8 times inquiring about when this issue would be addressed. On 3 separate occasions, I was told that they would check on something and get back to me, then never received a call back. Two weeks ago, a maintenance person actually showed up, took a look at the problem, and told me he needed to turn the water off for the building to fix it. He said he would schedule that with someone and get back to me. I never heard back from him. After waiting 39 days, I received a call that my problem was fixed while I was at work, along with lame excuses about other emergency maintenance issues that slowed up their response to me. I used to live in Malvern Manor. When you make a maintenance request there, someone comes the same day to fix it. Then, when I get home to check the repair, they "fixed" the wrong thing. My maintenance report clearly states the problem is with the faucet in the bathtub. The maintenance people did work on the sink, not the tub. In addition, the sink is dirty from the repair. I repeat. I waited 39 days. For the wrong thing to be fixed and my bathroom to be left dirty. The service here is TERRIBLE!!! I would never recommend to anyone to live here.
