Off-Campus 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Apartment. 5 minute drive to campus. *Need Roommate By The End of May*

This building used to be Maggie L Walker's bank! That means super high ceilings, fortified walls, lots of sunlight (more than you're probably used to in Richmond residential buildings), hardwood floors, and diligent routine maintenance. My unit is 2... bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I'm looking for a roommate to take the bigger bedroom with the bathroom inside. I have a tiny 1 1/2 year old cat named Molly who will show you love and be respectful of your space (she's very shy). In-Unit Washer and Dryer and HVAC. All utilities included except for gas & electric, and internet. I've never had an issue with bugs, mold, or anything like that in my 9 months of living here. There's a gated parking lot out back with plenty of spots. I myself like to think I'm pretty clean and tidy, and I'm super open to feedback and working together to create a mutually ideal living situation!

I do need a roommate by the 30th (31st at the latest) so please act fast if you have any interest! I'm trying to set up as many tours as possible in the next couple weeks.
