Conveniently located near VCU, our community also puts you just steps from Kroger, as well as a... great mix of local shops and restaurants. Apartment features include breakfast bars, dishwashers in every unit, ceramic tile, and hardwood flooring in living areas. Select apartments also include carpeted bedrooms and a patio/balcony.
Washer and dryer units are included only in the Lofts and Towers buildings. In our apartments building there's shared laundry facilities are available on nearly every floor for added convenience.
We offer two parking options: garage parking for $100/month and deck parking for $75/month.

To ensure your peace of mind, all entries are controlled by a central access and surveillance system.
