The Square Apartments

I'm looking for someone to take over a lease for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment at The Square for the upcoming year. The lease begins this August. The rent includes internet, cable, trash and the unit is a model unit for a 1 bedroom at The Square.... The building offers a 24/7 gym and yoga room, 24/7 clubhouse with free coffee, tea/hot cocoa, printer/copier and also a rooftop overlooking a city. There is parking available with the building that can be paid for (the apartment has a garage underneath the building) or you can choose to get VCU parking. The Square is a popular building and has no units available for the upcoming school year so this is a rare chance to secure a 1 bedroom unit by taking over a lease instead of waiting for the waitlist to open up for the year after the upcoming year. The aparment is in a very convenient location at VCU's campus next to Panda Express, Insomnia Cookies, Ram City Market, Qahwah House, Chipotle and is less 5 mins away walking from Cabell Library, STEM building, Hibbs Hall, Monroe Park etc. The apartment is great for students or young professionals that want to be in a convenient location in both Richmond and at VCU.
