Honestly it's got everything you'd need at a really good price, the only thing you'll need to think about here is transport. I haven't had that much trouble getting to classes at Monroe, if you have a car it's kind of a no-brainer to live here... . There's two available rooms in my unit, one is larger than the other and we can split the rent accordingly, that's what me and my roommates have been doing. I've got a 52' tv if you want to get a console for it, my roommate is moving out with the current one but I'll put it back in the living room if you want to use it. Internet is good with ethernet ports in rooms, in-unit washing and drying, for a very competitive price. Sometimes people party outside in the rec area pretty late, that's the only kind of annoying thing honestly lol. The electricity will be under my name and we'll do that separately than the rent, venmo or whatever is fine for that. call me at 540-558-8948 if you're interested.
